A wedding planner plans and coordinates the ceremony and reception on your behalf. You choose the scope of work: from full planning to one day of coordination.

From the budget and venue choice, through vendors and decorations, to the schedule of the day. Ideal if you are short on time or live outside Kraków.
Partial planning help
The planner takes over selected stages: finding the venue, choosing vendors, a theme or the reception styling. You do the rest yourselves.
Wedding day coordination

Honestly we have nothing but good things to say about MattRemay Group, they have organised and managed our whole musical setting in the most amazing manner. It was absolutely beautiful. From Magda starting of the day with the violin for our ceremony to keeping us and our guests entertained throughout the cocktail hour, it was just magical. We will never forget our ceremony!
Mateusz was an absolutely fabulous DJ, he knew how to set the right atmosphere throughout dinner and right to the party! The music was incredible and all the guests were dancing until their feet hurt, all and any requests were immediately played which we really appreciated. Damian was absolutely amazing on the lights, it felt so retro and fit the overall feel of the venue very well.
Lastly we had Jano, he was absolutely amazing on the saxophone, bringing the energy and the vibes. The way he delivered the Infinity song was just absolutely amazing and a memory we will have for the rest of our lives. Our little surprise to our guests and it went absolutely amazing!

How much does a wedding planner in Kraków cost?+
The price depends on the scope: wedding day coordination costs less than full planning from scratch. The planner prepares an exact quote after the first conversation.
When should you hire a wedding planner?+
For full planning, ideally 12–18 months before the wedding, before you book the venue. Wedding day coordination can be booked a few months in advance.
What is the difference between a wedding consultant and a wedding planner?+
In practice it is the same service – konsultant ślubny is simply the Polish name. A wedding day coordinator only takes care of the day itself.
Can the planner organise a wedding outside Kraków?+
Yes. The people we recommend organise weddings all over Poland, including Silesia and Subcarpathia.
Is the recommendation paid?+
No. The recommendation is free and non-binding, and you sign the contract directly with the planner.
Do we have to choose a DJ from Matt Remay Group?+
No, the planner recommendation is not tied to booking our entertainment. But if you are looking for a DJ, we will be happy to prepare an offer.
