Wesele międzynarodowe wymaga kogoś, kto zna się nie tylko na miksowaniu utworów, ale też na czytaniu parkietu złożonego z gości o zupełnie różnych gustach — i potrafi poprowadzić program tak, żeby nikt nie czuł się pominięty.
At Matt Remay Group we combine the roles of DJ, MC and bilingual host in one team. We have hosted Polish-British, Polish-Italian and Polish-American weddings – each time a different repertoire and a different rhythm to the ceremony, but the same goal: for all the guests, wherever they came from, to party together.
A conversation before the wedding
Before we agree the repertoire, we ask about the guests' countries of origin and local traditions – the playlist and schedule are created for your specific wedding, not from a ready-made template.
Live musicians included in the package
Saxophone, violin or vocals can be added to the DJ set – an element that works particularly well at receptions with guests from different cultural backgrounds.
Complete entertainment in one place
Heavy smoke, a photo booth, lasers and decorative lighting – you book one team instead of coordinating several subcontractors from different companies.

One wedding, several traditions to reconcile
Music without a single address
A Polish party song next to an Italian hit, a 90s British classic right after Polish disco – a good set for an international wedding is about smooth transitions between musical worlds, not a random playlist.
Before each such wedding we talk to the couple about where the guests come from and build the repertoire for the specific nationalities in the room – not from a generic list of “international hits”.
Oczepiny, toasts and the first dance – your way
Some traditions, such as the oczepiny games or thanking the parents, are completely new to foreign guests. Our job is to explain them in two languages and run them so that they feel natural, not like a programme item “for the foreigners”.
The same goes for elements from the other side of the family – if guests from abroad bring their own ritual, we weave it into the evening's schedule on equal terms with the Polish ones.
Saxophone and violin with the DJ set
At multicultural weddings we like to add a live instrument – a saxophone over the DJ set impresses regardless of the guest's language, and a violinist can play both a Polish tune and a piece that matters to the other side of the family.
The same goes for the visual side: heavy smoke for the first dance or mood lighting work across the language barrier – and that is exactly what couples planning a wedding with guests from several countries are looking for.

Bilingual hosting, not just translation
An MC who only translates announcements from a sheet of paper loses the energy of the room. Our hosts run the programme in two languages live – they react to what is happening on the dance floor instead of reading a prepared text.
As a result, guests from abroad do not feel they are being “looked after on the side” – they are a full part of the evening, from the welcome to the last dance.

Honestly we have nothing but good things to say about MattRemay Group, they have organised and managed our whole musical setting in the most amazing manner. It was absolutely beautiful. From Magda starting of the day with the violin for our ceremony to keeping us and our guests entertained throughout the cocktail hour, it was just magical. We will never forget our ceremony!
Mateusz was an absolutely fabulous DJ, he knew how to set the right atmosphere throughout dinner and right to the party! The music was incredible and all the guests were dancing until their feet hurt, all and any requests were immediately played which we really appreciated. Damian was absolutely amazing on the lights, it felt so retro and fit the overall feel of the venue very well.
Lastly we had Jano, he was absolutely amazing on the saxophone, bringing the energy and the vibes. The way he delivered the Infinity song was just absolutely amazing and a memory we will have for the rest of our lives. Our little surprise to our guests and it went absolutely amazing!

What languages do you host weddings in?
Prowadzimy wesela dwujęzycznie – po polsku i po angielsku. Konferansjer prowadzi program w obu językach na bieżąco, a nie czyta przetłumaczonych zapowiedzi z kartki.
Czy DJ zagra muzykę z kraju naszych gości?
Tak. Przed weselem pytamy o kraje pochodzenia gości i budujemy repertuar pod konkretne narodowości na sali – z płynnymi przejściami między polskimi i zagranicznymi przebojami.
Jak tłumaczycie polskie tradycje zagranicznym gościom?
Oczepiny, podziękowania dla rodziców czy toasty zapowiadamy i wyjaśniamy w dwóch językach, tak by zabrzmiały naturalnie. Rytuały z drugiej strony rodziny wplatamy w scenariusz na równych prawach.
Czy do DJ-a można dołączyć muzyków na żywo?
